• AUTHENTIC ROUND BOTTOM FOR WOK HEI (WOK RING REQUIRED): Designed for high-heat stir-fry on gas burners and open flame. For safety and stability on most U.S. stove grates, a wok ring / wok stand is strongly recommended (sold separately). Not intended for flat electric, induction, or glass-top stoves.
• SIGNATURE “TURTLE SHELL” TEXTURE — NORMAL MARKS, NOT CRACKS: The surface lines come from clay-mold casting and finishing. This unique texture helps hold a thin layer of oil, supporting seasoning development and better release over time.
• 14.17” FAMILY-SIZE CAPACITY: Larger bowl for bigger batches—great for family stir-fry, fried rice, noodles, seafood, and one-pan meals (more room to toss without spilling; ideal for 3–6 servings depending on dish).
